QC obtains personal information properly
■ Management of Personal Information
QC prevents any leak or loss of, and damage to personal information, and implements necessary and appropriate measures (such as security system management and security training to all QC members ) to keep the personal information is accurate and up-to-date, as well as, to ensure the personal information is securely managed.
■ For the use of personal information
QC will use personal information for the following purposes.
For answering to inquiries from customers
For shipping the product to customers
For providing services to customers
■ Prohibition of disclosure and provision of personal information to third parties
QC will adequately manage personal information received from client and will not disclose personal information to third parties except in the following cases.
・With the agreement of the customer
When disclosure is made to a contractor outsourced by QC in order to provide the service desired by the customer.
When it is necessary to disclose it in accordance with laws and regulations.
・Security management of personal information
QC takes all necessary/required security measures to prevent leakage and loss of personal information, and to ensure accuracy and safety of personal information.
・Identity verification
If the customer wishes to inquire, correct, or delete his / her personal information, QC will respond after verifying that he / she is the person himself / herself.
■ Compliance and review of laws and norms
QC will comply with Japanese laws and regulations applicable to personal information and review the contents of this policy whenever necessary/required for improvement.
